Immediate Homeowner Opportunities at Pointe Esprit
The first phase of development planned at Pointe Esprit is for Section E of the master land plan. A unique residential community will be created on nearly 8 acres of hillside property. Seventeen homes that share an architectural theme are planned and the end product will be a charming neighborhood reminiscent of a Cotswold village in England or a hillside town on Lake Como in Italy. Each home will have dramatic, spectacular views of the sea and the island's interior.

Section E2, which consists of 13 building lots is in the final stages of land planning and lots are now available for sale. Section F of the land plan has been fully sold out. This area was subdivided into 5 custom lots for homes to be built in accordance with Pointe Esprit's architectural guidelines and CC & R’s. These lots are situated to the south of Section E on Lower Beethoven Road and offer breath-taking views of Little Bay, Great Bay and neighboring islands.
Section G of the land plan has been fully sold out as custom home building lots.
