Immediate Homeowner Opportunities at Pointe Esprit


The first phase of development planned at Pointe Esprit is for Section E of the master land plan. A unique residential community will be created on nearly 8 acres of hillside property. Seventeen homes that share an architectural theme are planned and the end product will be a charming neighborhood reminiscent of a Cotswold village in England or a hillside town on Lake Como in Italy. Each home will have dramatic, spectacular views of the sea and the island's interior.

These quality residences include modern amenities and conveniences (including optional 4-passenger elevator) and are designed to maximize view opportunities and exposure to natural light. Section E1's new gated entry road has now been completed and construction of the the first two homes homes is now nearlt completed.. These homes will be completed in summer 2007. Full Plans & Specs of these homes can be downloaded from the Homeowner Opportunities area of the website. *Pricing for pre-construction purchasers start in the mid $800's for the 3BR/3-½BA homes with spectacular harbor views, European granite kitchen, luxuroius master bedroom suite, imported tiles throughout, infinity edge pool, spacious pool deck, a/c, carport included with optional 4th bedroom, guest suite/maid's quarters and elevator available.

Section E2, which consists of 13 building lots is in the final stages of land planning and lots are now available for sale. These building lots offer spectacular views and measure between 1700 & 1850m2 (.42 -.46 acres). The lots are currently unimproved. The E2 Lot Pricing & Layout Plan is available for download. These lots are priced between $125 & $135 per square meter*, depending on view potential.

Section F of the land plan has been fully sold out. This area was subdivided into 5 custom lots for homes to be built in accordance with Pointe Esprit's architectural guidelines and CC & R’s. These lots are situated to the south of Section E on Lower Beethoven Road and offer breath-taking views of Little Bay, Great Bay and neighboring islands.

Section G of the land plan has been
fully sold out as custom home building lots.
