Section C consists of approximately 13,700 sq. meters (3.4+ acres) of sloping to steeply sloping land located 500 meters north of Little Bay and offering dramatic ocean and valley views. The parcel is bounded by Section B to the north, Section A to the east, Section D to the south and Section E to the north. Road access to this parcel is via Lower Beethoven Road from the west and Pointe Esprit Blvd (planned) from the east, and a yet unnamed planned road to the south and it is proximate to the new Link-1 Road.

This parcel has been approved by the island government planning department (VROM) for building lots ranging in size of 750-1850 sq. meters. A maximum of 10 single family detached homes have been approved for development this parcel under the terms set forth in the Pointe Esprit Design Guidelines & Development Standards 1 and the Island Resolution Entailing General Measures AB: 1996 NR. 38.2

The asking price for Section C is US $175.00* per square meter.
