Section E: Single Family Detached Homes
Section E1 is currently under development. Four (4) new homes are slated for completion in early 2007. See Homeowner Opprtunties the details.
Section E2 consists of approximately 22,900 sq. meters (5.7+ acres) of steeply sloping land located 500-800 meters north of Little Bay and offering spectacular ocean and valley views. This parcel is bounded by the Section B and C to the east and custom home lots to the south, west and north. Road access to this parcel is via Lower Beethoven Road from the west and Upper Beethoven Road from west.
This parcel has been approved by the island government planning department (VROM) for building lots. These lots measure approximately 1,400-1,800 sq. meters each. A maximum of 17 single family detached homes (10 lots remaining) have been approved for development on this parcel under the terms set forth in the Pointe Esprit Design Guidelines & Development Standards 1 and the Island Resolution Entailing General Measures AB: 1996 NR. 38.2
The asking price for Section E is US $120.00-130.00 per square meter.
