Section D consists of approximately 12,500 sq. meters (3.4+ acres) of sloping to steeply sloping land located 400 meters north of Little Bay and offering dramatic ocean and valley views. This parcel is bounded by the Section C to the north, Section A to the east, Section F & H to the south. Road access to this parcel is via Lower Beethoven Road from the west and the planned Pointe Esprit Blvd. from the east, and a yet unnamed planned road from the north.

This parcel has been approved by the island government planning department (VROM) for building lots ranging in size of 1,300 -1,500 sq. meters. A maximum of 10 single family detached homes have been approved for development on this parcel under the terms set forth in the Pointe Esprit Design Guidelines & Development Standards 1 and the Island Resolution Entailing General Measures AB: 1996 NR. 38.2

The asking price for Section D is US $175.00* per square meter.
